Always at your side
Since I can remember I've had a passion for sports - my whole life has revolved around it. After gaining a bit of weight after school I started to train, mostly doing cardio. I wanted to look like the bodybuilders I saw at gym so soon after some friends gave me pointers on lifting weights and thats where my fitness journey began. That was about 12 years ago. I have tried every single method of training in that time, and believe each aspect has it benefits for what your particular goal might be. Whether it be sports, endurance, aesthetic, strength, weight loss etc.
I believe in making fitness part of your lifestyle rather than a than a band-aid. I realised how passionate I was about it that I began to consider it as a career. In 2020 I qualified as personal training, and now have additional diplomas in sports conditioning diploma and nutrition.
